Is there any published info anywhere on how all these amazing shots were combined? Clearly and without any doubt some of the most complicated and extraordinary "optical printing" work on any film ever... Also, was the roller coaster modeled after the Cyclone in Coney Island, or the one that used to exist on POP (Pacific Ocean Park) near Rose & the Boardwalk in Venice?
